Will

Will is a highly accomplished and experienced hairdresser with an impressive career spanning over 30 years. As the Director of the business, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Will’s passion for hairdressing began at a young age, and he has since dedicated his life to perfecting his craft. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from celebrities to everyday individuals, always delivering exceptional results. Will’s extensive experience allows him to excel in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, and styling. He stays ahead of the latest trends and techniques, constantly seeking to expand his skill set. With his warm and friendly demeanour, Will creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for his clients, ensuring they leave his salon feeling satisfied and confident.

Sophie

Sophie is our dedicated salon stylist with a remarkable journey that began five years ago when she joined our team as a bright-eyed Saturday girl while still in school. Over the years, Sophie’s passion for hairdressing has grown, and she has blossomed into a talented and skilled stylist.

Her journey at our salon reflects her commitment and love for the art of hairdressing. Starting as a part-time assistant, Sophie has worked tirelessly to hone her skills and become an integral part of our team. She has undergone extensive training, and her dedication to her craft is truly inspiring.

Sophie’s journey with us is a testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for making every client look and feel their best. With five years of experience under her belt, she continues to bring creativity and enthusiasm to the salon, leaving clients delighted with every visit. Annabelle

a dedicated and invaluable member of our salon team, serving as our trusted Salon Receptionist / Assistant for the past seven years. Her commitment and passion for the beauty and wellness industry have made her an essential part of our daily operations.

Her warm and welcoming personality has been a source of comfort and joy for our clients as they walk through our doors. Her impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that appointments run seamlessly, and she always goes the extra mile to accommodate clients’ needs.

Make an Appointment

When booking any colouring service please ensure to select a ladies or gents styling service  after the colour service selection.

If you are booking a colour service for the first time please note a skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to colour application.

Step 1: Select the relevant service category from the Category drop down list, and then select a service from the Service drop down list.

Step 2: Choose an employee from the available list of Employees.  If you do not require a specific employee, simply select either the Any, Male or Female options.

Cancellation Policy

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time.  We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply.

Cancellation – 2 day’s notice please

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 2 days before your appointment.  That’s it, job done. 

If the cancellation is less than 2 day’s notice, we will retain you’re booking deposit for the booked service and may charge you the full cost of the appointment.

Late Arrival we may not be able to do your hair.

Arrival more than a few minutes late for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to give you a proper service, we will do our utmost to accommodate Clients, but we may not be able to do your hair.

How long is a few minutes? For a 30-minute appointment (e.g. Blow Dry’s / Wet Cuts), a couple of minutes is ok, but 10 minutes is a third of the appointment and it’s not really feasible to complete the appointment.  For longer appointments we have a little more flexibility, but not much.

We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other Clients to keep to their appointment times.

Our Stylists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.  We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible though the following may apply.

We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.

We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness.

Privacy Policy

At William Anthony Hairdressing we take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the services listed.

At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 4 years.

For transparency, listed are the business services we provide and how each service uses the information we collect.

Hair and beauty related services

We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside our business. We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. For example, your preferred hair style, colour formula codes, how you like your coffee and who your favourite stylists are.

We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us.

Depending on the particular service(s) we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

Appointment conformations and reminders

We will contact you via phone, email, or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.

 

Appointment ratings and reviews

After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

Loyalty

We consider becoming a member of our loyalty program as consent to send you emails related to the loyalty program but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

Marketing

We will not undertake phone, mail, email, or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
